Novum Partners LLC ("Novum") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We design and operate novumsp.com to be usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technology to navigate the web.

1. Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

2. What We Have Implemented

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy on every page.
• Skip-to-content link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen-reader users.
• Alt text on informative images. Decorative images use empty alt attributes so screen readers skip them.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, modals, and form controls. All interactive elements can be reached and activated using Tab, Enter, and Escape.
• Visible focus states on links, buttons, and form inputs.
• Color combinations chosen to meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios for body text and primary controls.
• Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Forms with explicit labels, error messages, and ARIA attributes where appropriate.
• Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled for users who prefer reduced motion.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some aspects of the site may not be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

• Embedded HubSpot forms on the Contact, Book a Call, and Careers pages are rendered inside a third-party iframe. We do not control the iframe's internal accessibility, but HubSpot's forms generally meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you encounter a barrier inside a form, please contact us directly using the email below and we will accept your information by alternative means.
• Third-party content such as embedded videos, scheduling widgets, or analytics scripts. We choose vendors who prioritize accessibility, but we cannot guarantee third-party conformance.

4. Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is a continuous process, not a checkbox. We test new pages against WCAG 2.1 AA before publishing, and we periodically audit the existing site using automated tools and manual review with assistive technology. Issues are tracked and remediated.

5. Reporting a Barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on novumsp.com — anything that prevents you from completing a task or accessing information you need — please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as a priority and aim to respond within two business days.
